I am pretty sure that I will be the only person interested in what I have to say... I guess I am truly jealous of anyone that has their 15 minutes of fame (read: reality television shows), but I cannot be edited by big corporations to fit their story lines. I would say or sell their products, but maybe I can get a sponsor.

Uncle John is Safe!

He is out of New Orleans and with his in-laws in Mississippi. I am so glad. I heard the news earlier today. Thanks to God for his safe travels... hopefully we can see him soon.

    Hey Ann, I'm glad to hear that your uncle is safe. Thanks for giving me the chance to realize that I'm being bloody selfish.

    I was just thinking about the events in New Orleans and finding myself pissed because now that I have a vacation planned and I can actually afford to go to New Orleans (city of Jazz), there won't be much for me to see when I get there.

    My thoughts are with the people of New Orleans now -- wishing them all well.

    Sean, please do not be so hard on yourself. It is sometimes difficult to imagine what we are very far away from and easy to keep it fanciful. Thank you for the good thoughts.
