My Uncle John in New Orleans

My Uncle John lives in New Orleans, he has for many years. He moved there I guess when he was about 18. The last time I saw him was probably five years ago. I have a great memory of going to see Van Halen in St. Louis with him. We had seats behind the stage and ended up watching the show while wandering around for a better view. He works for the Water Department in New Orleans, on the large pumps that you probably have been hearing about on the news. His wife and son left for Pensacola earlier today. I hope that he will be safe. I know that he works in a safe building, but he will have many hard hours ahead of him, I am sure. My brother said that Uncle John was going to work at 1:00am tonight. Just looking for a high place to park his car. Needless to say, we are watching the weather channel and any live web cams that we can. Prayers of safety for Uncle John, Lisa and Patrick.
