My Buffalo Quesadilla
That's Buffalo Sauce, friend. Take some of that vinegary cayenne nectar and spread on generously. Before you do that though, you have to heat your frying pan... throw in a flour tortilla shell... then slather on the good stuff on half of the shell... next throw on the shredded cheese... whatever kind you like. Let it get a little warm, then fold the uncovered half on to the good looking half. Flip it over and let the pride of Wisconsin get all melty and gooey. Take it out of the frying pan when it looks good to you. Delicious!
