Defending Tootie
I ask you my friend, what has more substance for a 12 year old girl in 1986 than the television show "The Facts of Life?" I'll put it simply. You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have the facts of life.
The Facts of Life had it all. The pretty one. The tough one. The funny one. The cute one. But best of all The Facts of Life had Molly Ringwald. Even better for me, Nancy McKeon came on the scene.
Tootie? Rainbow socks and tennis-shoe roller skates, baby. That was it.
Regarding my toe nails, I may take serendipity's advice and see a doctor. I thank you kindly for the concern while half way around the world. Someone who doesn't even know me is concerned for my podiatric health, while someone who knows me well enough to call me Annie is busting my chops over Tootie. Criminey!
