Life is Just a Big Saturday...

... not quite. But there has been a bit of fun around here. The county fair was on Friday night. Paid 9 bucks and saw the Beach Boys. Let me tell you friend, they were worth every single one of those 9 smackers. The best thing of course is what you can eat at the Fair. An ear of corn, boneless babyback ribs, a gyro, pork on a stick... and I bought a jar of jalapeno jelly.

Saturday we were off to a wedding. I will say this, it was quite an honor to be a guest. It wasn't entirely expected and I was thrilled to be there. It is nice to know that I have made an impact on someone's life in that way. Especially that now I can count the bride as a friend.

Sunday I raked for 2.5 hours, then did the bills, then hit the driving range with Rhonda and that was cool.

Dan and I had a fire on Sunday night... that was cool. Nice and long and good and hot. That's a bonus to the nights getting shorter... longer fires in the fire pit. It won't be too long before the fires can start when I get home from work.

Football season starts on Sunday. Go Pack... please.
