The Season has Begun

The NHL is back. Thank goodness. Blues lose... not good. Pronger in an Oilers uniform. But the Oilers are beating the Avalanche. Heatley gets the game winner in the season's first shoot out for the Ottawa Senators. He beat Eddie Belfour while Hasek tended goal for the Sens. So many changes. I will have to remember who has retired, who has been traded, who moved on because of free agency. Thank you for dropping the puck. Now I can wear my jerseys again, I can see the Zamboni smooth the ice, I can feel the chill in the arena. I can hear the Canadian national anthem. I can chant "Let's Go Blues." and wait for the Towel Man to count along with the chimes. Hope to make it to the Kiel (Savvis) Center this year. I would also be up for a great game at the United Center. Don't have the funds for a match at the Joe Louis Arena... Like Packer Tickets!
