I am pretty sure that I will be the only person interested in what I have to say... I guess I am truly jealous of anyone that has their 15 minutes of fame (read: reality television shows), but I cannot be edited by big corporations to fit their story lines. I would say or sell their products, but maybe I can get a sponsor.

Life or No Life?
Well, this is my third post of the day... you tell me... life or no life? I told you earlier that we were going on the parade of homes... well we did... we also ate a lot. We visited Luke's Market Street Deli in Elkhorn (best gyros in Walworth County). We also hit Yoshi in Delavan for dinner... who would have though that Delavan would be home to a Japanese hibachi and sushi place? We went with our friends Paul and Nichole and Paul got two phone calls for his work about secret codes... interesting work he does. How many people get called for secret codes?
Do you know who the littlest Green Bay Packer is? I will give you a hint. He plays CB, is a rookie and went to Arkansas. I am pulling for him all the way... Ahmad Carroll, I have faith in you. Most folks questioned the team's choice when you were drafted. So did the fans in Philadelphia, they wanted Ricky Williams got Donovan McNabb, then they booed him. Well, how well has Donovan McNabb done for those fans? Right... I'm with you Ahmad.
Well, here we are, Day 2 of the Blog. I didn't think I had it in me. This is not going to be another thing for the list of things that I have never finished.
Which SportsCenter do you watch? It happens to be the 8:00am Central time edition today. Today, after SportsCenter, we'll be joining our friends on the Parade of Homes Tour of Walworth County. Here's what's intereseting about it... the homes don't move... you do. So actually it should be the parade of people who are going to look at the homes... there aren't even any police to direct traffic. You'd think since we're in the parade, we would have the right of way.
Last night I dreamed that I was sitting down to watch a Detroit Redwings and St. Louis Blues hockey game on TV, only I was wearing an Ottawa Senators jersey. Rather benign if you don't know that I have a rather odd devotion to the St. Louis Blues. Hey, I like the Senators too... that's what Alannis Morissette and I have in common (I learned that on SportsCenter!) but I would never in reality be so ill-prepared for a game of such magnitude.
I guess this isn't really about I have done... rather my listless, lucid thoughts...
This could have a few meanings... I'll tell you why it is "thank you my friend" - that's because "hello my friend" was not available. I didn't jump in quick enough. "thank you my friend" is still very appropriate because it is just as fun to say as "hello my friend." Besides, we're talking about practice - practice.
My husband just asked if I will be revealing my identity on this blog. As I just told a friend, (in the rather public arena, albeit new, of her blog) this would be my chance to chase my frustrated career as a stand up comedian. I was listening to Margaret Cho on NPR's On Point (radio, an ill-thought career path for me). I grew up in the mid 80s when stand up comedians were the next best thing. Hey, I think I'm funny... My friends think I'm funny... I swear if I would have caught a break! At any rate, I'll tell you when I'm good and ready...
As if anyone would care, my primary interests are hockey (long season, best trophy, best traditions), rock and roll, guitars and thinking up ways to spend my imaginary millions.
Can you believe that Mr. Mom was on two different lame-o cable channels two nights in a row? You fed a baby chili?
